Return Policy

​

Services:

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. If you weren't pleased with your service, please contact us at info@skinqchicago.com and one of our team members will respond within 1 business day.

 

Products:

Returns of unused products, in original packaging, made within 30 days of purchase may be credited back to the original purchasing card or provided as a Gift Card which can be used either in-store, online, or for services. Please contact us at info@skinqchicago.com to obtain a pre-paid return label or ship your returned product(s) to the following address:

Gift Cards:

Gift cards are like cash. While they never expire, they cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. They also cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by law.

Acceptable Forms of Payment

If you are visiting one of our studio locations, please be aware that we are a cashless business. We accept all major credit cards, as well as digital payments through Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Price Match Guarantee

 

We'll match the price if you buy a qualifying item at SkinQ then find the identical item for less at any online authorized retailer. Price matches may be requested at time of purchase or within 7 days after purchase.

 

If you find a current lower price within 7 days of purchase, just email proof to info@skinqchicago.com and we will adjust your payment to the lower price, upon request.

 

Guidelines and limitations:​

​

  • The price for an item must be listed and valid at the time of match. We reserve the right to verify a competitor's advertised price and the availability of the item. If SkinQ is not able to verify the lower price, we may decline the request.

  • The item must be the identical item, brand name, size, weight, color, quantity, and model number. It must be in stock at the time of Price Match for online competitors that are authorized retailers.

  • eBay is not an authorized retailer and we are unable to offer Price Match for items sold through their site.

  • Please bring the entire printed ad, or show the online price or digital version of the ad on your mobile device for proof of price.

  • Price Match does not apply to pricing only available to select groups of customers including loyalty offers and membership programs.

Cancellation Policy

​

For in-person appointments at any of our studio locations, should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 12 hours in advance to avoid incurring the full service fee. Cancellation/no-show fees will be automatically charged to the credit card on file.

Group Appointments

​

For groups of 3 or more, we may require a 50% non-refundable deposit to hold the appointments. In addition, for group appointments of 3 or more, we require 48 hours advance notice of any changes, adjustments, or cancellations to the group appointment. Without being provided sufficient advance notice, the group may be charged the full service charge of the originally booked appointment(s).
